Return and Refund Policy

We want you (and your kids!) to be completely happy with your purchase from Sports Equipment for Kids.  If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. Returns

- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Items must be in original packaging and condition (unworn, unused, with tags).

- To start a return, contact us at info@se4k.shop with your order number.

- All returned items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy - unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming your refund approval.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

- Shiping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

At this time, Sports Equipment for Kids does not offer direct exchanges.  If you'd like a different size, color, or product, we ask that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items​

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.  Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when reaching out to help us resolve your issue quickly.

5. Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

- Helmets and protective gear

- Mouthguards or personal sports accessories

- Customized or personalized products
