Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States (48 states). Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors. Delays can occur due to: Natural disasters or severe weather, carrier or transportation issues, public holidays or peak seasonal demand, other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise noted. JOYSTAR brand items are shipped directly from the JOYSTAR warehouse and may arrive in separate packages if your order includes multiple items.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses
